Your 2016 ‘NFL Honors’ List of Winners

The NFL Honors went down last night and there were plenty of surprises and deserved recognition for players that are not only playing in Super Bowl 50, but those who played phenomenal during the season.

Among some of the players honored this year was J.J. Watt, who won the AP Defensive Player of the Year award, Ron Rivera as Coach of the Year, Todd Gurley winning Offensive Rookie of the Year and Eric Berry being this year’s Comeback Player of the Year.

This year’s NFL MVP was undoubtedly Cam Newton, who beat out Tom Brady and Carson Palmer by a landslide (48 votes, to one each for the other two).

The 2016 Hall of Fame class was also announced and it includes the likes of Brett Favre, Tony Dungy, Marvin Harrison, Orlando Pace, and more.
