Meet the new 2016 Ford GT supercar!
With Forza Horizon 2 barely receiving its first piece of downloadable content just shy of a month ago, Microsoft and developer Turn 10 Studios have revealed plans for an immediate follow-up in the simulator racer. Forza Motorsport 6 has been officially revealed to impact Xbox One in the not too distant future, as Turn 10 Studios took the North American International Auto Show stage to showcase the cover car for the game’s title.
Ford Motor Company has agreed to a deal with Microsoft, to allow the Forza franchise exclusive access to the latest version of the Ford GT coupé series before any of their competitors. Alongside the GT, other luxury vehicles in the likes of the Shelby GT350 Mustang, and the F-150 Raptor are also expected to hit Forza 6 first.
While a release date or time frame window for the game wasn’t revealed, we’re certain Microsoft and Turn 10 will have something up their sleeves in the coming months (hopefully Pax East) leading up to e3 in June.
