Watch the Debut Leaked Gameplay of NBA 2K17

NBA 2K17 revealed at Gamescom!

A few days ago at Gamescom, Visual Concepts held a special showcase for their upcoming NBA title.

Those on hand got a chance to check out a one quarter demo, which we’re expecting to hit both PlayStation Network and Xbox Live within three weeks between the world champion Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors. Aside from improved lighting and graphics, which both had on-lookers intrigued, a revamped rebounding, fatigue and steal system were also briefly shown.

If you’re playing simulation, reserve players will be played if you want your starters to have good fatigue in key moments down the stretch. 2K Sports Brand Manager Andrew Blumberg, addressed the crowd saying, “Last year, pretty much every rebound was caught cleanly by a defender.

That doesn’t happen in basketball all the time. There’s a lot of fighting for the ball, it gets tipped around, and it’s a physical part of the game.” Although core game-play animation upgrades haven’t been detailed, get a look at the rough draft version of NBA 2K17 in the leaked clip above.
