Since its initial premiere at the beginning of 2012, television show GIRLS has become a popular name in modern dramas, and will be returning for a third season later this evening. Driven by personal experiences of creator and star Lena Dunham, the tale of a group of girls living in New York is certain to relate to many, whether it’s the struggles of finding work or typical problems that occur between a group of friends in their 20s.

Like the majority of shows, there’s typically a number of things we’d like to change. Whether it’s the annoying situations Hannah gets herself into, Marnie’s prissy spoiledness or the coming of age with Shoshanna, GIRLS simply has to grow out of some of the old ways and introduce us to newer aspects of their lives.

We’re sure a lot of our female readers are patiently anticipating the new season premiering with back-to-back episodes at 10pm EST tonight, so here’s five things we don’t want to see throughout the course of future weeks.

If you have any to add, let us know.
