Fans have been waiting way too long for the final season of Game of Thrones, but at least the timetable surrounding the HBO hit show has gotten more clear.
While there is no concrete date for the show to premiere on the network as of yet, but HBO programming president Casey Bloys shared the news that the last six episodes will air in the first half of 2019. That’s all he revealed, though.
He kept his mouth shut when it came to what we should expect next season.
He did, however, mention the fact that HBO is working on a few prequel projects, including one that would take place when the White Walkers fought Westeros humans.
