LeBron James Is Producing a SHOWTIME Series Titled ‘Shut Up & Dribble’

At the moment, LeBron James may be in the middle of a political battle of words with the President of the United States on social media, but his business ventures continue like they would even if he wasn’t.

According to Variety, Showtime has green lighted an upcoming docu-series with King James titled Shut Up and Dribble airing in October.

The Gotham Chopra-directed project will revolve around athletes building their own brands off the basketball court, giving viewers a good picture of the modern NBA. From players dabbling in fashion, commerce and business, this is how athletes move nowadays.

As we all assume, the show takes its name from the comments that were made towards LBJ by Laura Ingraham after he backed up Steph Curry when he said the Golden State Warriors would not be visiting the White House when they won their NBA title in 2018.

Shut Up and Dribble will be executive produced by James, Maverick Carter, Rich Paul, etc. and brought to you by Showtime Sports Documentary Films and SpringHill Entertainment.
