Fans of Lil Yachty would know that the boy loves to eat pizza. He’s only made a pie once in his life, but doesn’t remember how to do it. In an interview with GENIUS, he linked up with Rob Markman at Stella Barra Pizzeria in Hollywood to make pizza and talk music. At the beginning, the two put on aprons and threw dough up in the air, then cooked up the pepperoni pie.
While it was in the oven, Chef Boat-Ardee spoke on his father’s influence on his music, and his debut album Teenage Emotions. He speaks on who he wants to cater his music to and why he wants it to relate to teenagers now, to evoke emotion.
