If there’s a chance you don’t have work on New Year’s Day (Monday), you’ll probably be looking for something to watch – or maybe not. Either way, Netflix has a lot coming our way once the new year starts off in January. We were hoping for something a lot better from the streaming service to kick off the new year right, but it looks like their dry run of titles will continue in 2017. There’s a few notables to point out, but nothing too major. Of course there’s Ocean’s Twelve, The Shining, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, and the original Superman movie series.
Other standouts coming as the month progresses are It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia season 11 and Bates Motel season 4, as well as plenty of Netflix Originals. There’s also a lot leaving the streaming service on opening day, so if there’s anything you’re watching on there that’s being removed. Make sure you binge watch ASAP.
