Season 2 is about to be LIT!
It’s been crickets for True Detective news ever since they announced the cast members, but today has brought us the biggest news: the series on HBO premieres on June 21. From the teaser, we get to know a little about the characters and how they correlate to each other, with each getting a quick teaser of what role they play on the show.
As you may remember, it was revealed that Rachel McAdams would be playing a crooked Ventura County Sheriff’s detective, while Colin Farrell will have the role of deciding between a mob boss and his crooked police department. Vince Vaughn will be the career criminal trying to go clean and ends up trying to save his empire after his partner was killed.
After watching the teaser above, there is every certainty that this season might just as wild as the first, with maybe even more action, plot twists and everything in between.
