With 50 Cent leaking information this week; it can now be publicly revealed that Universal Music Group had plans of continuing 6ix9ine’s career the week before X-Mas last year. We broke the worldwide story that Tekashi was getting released. However, a shooting victim showing up to court changed everything.
In a conversation this week, Fifty revealed that 6ix9ine was recording music from jail and had planned to shoot a $250,000 music video the day of his release. At the time, insiders were told by the machine to get ready for his major roll out; including a schedule for the previously cancelled tour from late 2018.
While those plans have been delayed by the Manhattan court system for a few months, his team is already on their plan-B. Through help of Lucian Grainge and Elliot Grainge of UMG, powerful people in the music industry; Fifty explained how he believes Tekashi will be bigger than he was before.
