Floyd A1 Bentley has writing and production credits for the likes of Chris Brown, Kid Ink, Eric Bellinger, Justine Skye to name a few. If you don’t recognize him from that, you’ll probably know him from Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood on VH1. He’s also married to R&B singer Lyrica Anderson.
Today, A1 is debuting his new single “Always” featuring Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign, who recently collaborated with Meek Mill on a song together titled “Everything You Want.” Much like the previously named single, the sample drive track interpolates from some old school R&B. This time it’s SWV’s “Always On My Mind.”
The track, produced by A1 and Yung Berg, definitely has hit single potential and with the big names included, it could only help even more.
