Alex Wiley has had his fair share of collaborations over the years. Chance The Rapper, Mick Jenkins, Vic Mensa, Freddie Gibbs, Ab-Soul, Action Bronson, you name it. For his latest track, though, he’s connecting overseas.
The Chicago artist has teamed up with buzzing London rapper Jay Prince on his new song titled “Still Calling.” Speaking on the collaboration, Wiley says: “I met Jay Prince a couple months earlier at Mike [Gao]’s house. We smoked and vibed on stuff we were working on; I think he really grasped the direction of the album. I was really surprised at how well his verse fit into the song, can’t fucking thank him enough.”
Alex Wiley’s new album, Village Party III: Stoner Symphony, is due out in January.
