The last time Ari Lennox dropped a single (see: “Whipped Cream“) it was back in August and truthfully, we still have the song in rotation enough that we weren’t even thinking of new music from the Dreamville songstress. She’s hitting us with a double feature presentation this weekend, though. The chill and soulful groove “Grampa” describes a lowkey dude who may not be as wild but one she wants to corrupt a bit. The song is crack.
Her second release of the night, “40 Shades of Choke,” is 100x freakier, though.
