We don’t believe this is an official single from Ari Lennox‘s Shea Butter Baby album, but it’s certainly a standout. “I Been” is one of the songs we’ve actually bumped the most from the project and watching her perform it live is just as nice. Thanks to A COLORS SHOW, the Dreamville princess is put on a purple backdrop to symbolize the “haze” she’s talking about on the hook and her vocals are doing all the talking for it.
We need a whole live album from Ari, for real.
