Since the release of his Raw, Vol. 1 EP last July, Azekel‘s biggest record to date has surfaced in the form of “Ritual Spirit,” a collaboration with Massive Attack on their latest project. For his second EP, appropriately titled Raw, Vol 2, he’s bringing social commentary to the forefront and taking inspiration from greats like Curtis Mayfield and Marvin Gaye. Azekel’s first taste of new music is out this week called “Linger,” a song about “the qualities of a relationship that are often invisible to everyone but the two people involved.”
Raw, Vol 2 will be available later this year.
