Apple Music is going into overdrive with their partnerships, adding another big name to their Apple Music roster.
Cash Money Records and Birdman have now signed a deal with the company for a one-off documentary about the CMB company that will be released in the future. The deal does not affect other Cash Money artists like Drake (who has his own deal with Apple), Nicki Minaj (who is a co-owner of TIDAL) and Lil Wayne (who is suing Cash Money and Universal Records).
Apple Music head of content Larry Jackson confirmed the news on Instagram.
How this will affect upcoming projects like Ms. Gladys and The Lifestyle 2, but those projects are still on the way.
