While Martin Shkreli may have obtained an unauthorized copy of Tha Carter V last holiday, Birdman headed into the vaults this week and struck gold. The head of Ca$h Money Records revealed that he found 500 unreleased songs, from the old days of his Louisiana record label.
Unfortunately, he wouldn’t specify a time-frame in which music content surfaced; but we’re assuming multiple tracks from Lil Wayne, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh and BG are part of the guarded properly – with the possibly of Big Tymers and Hot Boys content also found.
The modern-day Cash Money has been helmed by Drake and Nicki Minaj and even with Birdman confirming that he plans to put out Tha Carter V this year, we’re intrigued to find out what he has under wraps. Let us know below, who you want to see appear in the archives.
