While it might have been his contributions to Wiz Khalifa’s No. 1 record, “See You Again,” that was the standout highlight of his year, Charlie Puth has been making waves on his own ever since with his solo material. His Some Type of Love EP from May, was the perfect appetizer of what to expect from his continued breakout year.
Puth is currently preparing for his debut album, Nine Track Mind, and the first single, “One Call Away,” has now be presented to his fans in visual form today. The talented musician is seen in the video, starring as a student, who finds interest in a special female whom he would like to be with. After watching her from a far for quite some time, he finally builds up the courage to treat her with a special gift and let her know that he’s only one call away.
Charlie Puth’s debut album, Nine Track Mind, is due out on November 6th via Atlantic Records.
