We’re probably a little late on the Danny Brown train considering this is volume 4 of the Detroit State Of Mind series, but it’s better late than never right? His video for “Re-Up” got some love in the video section though and you know Detroit keeps it gutter when it comes to the rap shit, so this was well worth checking out. DSoM4 takes it to the streets on this one as the pre-cursor to The Hybrid album which drops March 16th.
The mixtape boasts production from Black Milk, DJ Babu, Apollo Brown and only features a few folks including Trick Trick, Guilty Simpson & T-3 of Slum Village. Spotted at Rappers I Know.
