Dave Chappelle Will Join Kendrick Lamar for GRAMMYs Opening Performance

In recent weeks, The GRAMMYS have added a handful of artists to perform at the award show and it has been reported that Kendrick Lamar would be kicking things off as the opening act. Now it has been revealed that joining him will be U2 and Dave Chappelle, but it is still not known at what capacity.

U2 will surely join K Dot on the DAMN. track “XXX,” which is politically charged and quite the statement to make in as big of an award show as The GRAMMYs.

Kung Fu Kenny has been nominated a total of seven times this year, in categories like Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Best Rap Album.

Stay tuned for The GRAMMYs to go down on January 28 live from Madison Square Garden in New York City. It should be a jampacked show.
