Dee Goodz is a hardworking man. The Nashville rapper anticipated Floetic Justice III album earlier this week, and he’s already back with another one. Goodz teamed up with Rodney Hazard for a new eight track EP titled Nashvillain and it’s a electronic hip-hop fusion project. Atlanta rapper Key! is the only person tapped for a guest appearance and it’s for the lead song “Count Up.” Which also arrives today in visual form by way of a short film, directed by Rodney Hazard.
This is the story of a black executive that creates an intense aura of jealousy as he plays the middle man between the streets and a foreigner mob’s leader looking to capitalize through his connections. They all just want to count up, but the road to the money ultimately leads to betrayal.
