It will take some doing, but that big return year we said singer-songwriter DEV had in her sites looks to finally be shaping up really well. We say that because the R&B singer might have a smash hit on her hands with her new single “#1” featuring Nef The Pharaoh. The new song follows up her previous “Lowkey” single and might be the one that puts her back on the map. “#1” hears the two artists remembering the good times of past relationships that fell apart and give their former lovers a sort of reminder of what they’re missing out on.
