Our liking towards Phony Ppl hasn’t been a secret over the past few years, which gives us great pleasure in hearing an inspiring new single from Elbee Thrie. Building on his recent video for “Nice To Meet Ya,” the Brooklyn emcee takes rhymes into own hands as he provides a rather impressive deliverance on “Rubbers.” There’s no doubt that himself and his associates are some of the most exciting musicians coming out of New York, and the release of his upcoming 53,000. project can’t come soon enough.
