The self-produced “Hills And Valleys” is a track that is split into three components, going from a jazzy saxophone introduction by Jolin Ras, to the development of Elliott’s lyrics as they pick up in volume and devotion. He wants people to know that he was a rapper before he took upon producing, but we can tell that he has mastered both forms of deliverance simply from this song.
