Flatbush ZOMBiES Freestyle on Capital XTRA with Tim Westwood

The Flatbush ZOMBiES are currently on the road promoting their debut studio album 3001: A Laced Odyssey. During a recent stop over the pond in London, the New York crew kicked it with Tim Westwood and had to hold it down by dropping some rhymes. Before the Flatbush Zombies stepped to the microphone, their manager Josh Diggedy spit something he wrote from 1996 and killed it. Then it was time for Meechy, Zombie and Erick rock the mic. They did so over classic beats such as The East Flatbush Project’s “Tried by 12” and The Diplomats’ “I’m Ready” – and straight ripped it.

During the interview portion, the three artists spoke on the state of Hip Hop, beast coast, Skepta and more. Check out the entire 23-minute interview below.
