When Bandana with Madlib came out, Freddie Gibbs went on Power 106 to promote the album and spit some raps. Out of it came his “Money In The Grave” freestyle. A few weeks later he’s back in LA at the station to rhyme some more and for this go around, he’s rocking the Dom Kennedy “My Type of Party” instrumental. The fact that he’s got his son on his lap during the session makes this whole thing classic.
