With his new album Lantern out June 18th, Hudson Mohawke has released a video for “Very First Breath,” featuring Irfane. The clip, directed by Sam de Jong, feels like neo-noir narrative similar to the work of Nicolas Winding Refn, and follows the lives of two characters with foreign subtitles. The LP flows through different parts of the day, and this is the track he pictures as sunrise.
