Just when we thought we weren’t getting a new J. Cole album, he surprises everyone with an announcement. After he penned an article on The Player’s Tribune yesterday talking about his college hoop dreams and rap career, today he announces two new singles.
The first is called “The Climb Back” and is produced by himself. The second is titled “Lion King On Ice” and features Cole on production alongside T-Minus and Jetson.
Cole World also said that there is no date for his album yet, considering he is still working on it and getting it finished up. If anything, he should take his time and make sure everything is sounding proper and not rush it.
Get ready for new songs from Dreamville tomorrow night.
The Climb Back – produced by me.
Lion King on Ice – produced by J. Cole, T-Minus, and Jetson. First 2 songs from The Fall Off. Dropping tomorrow night 10pm. No date for the album yet, taking my time, still finishing. ❤️🧗🏾♂️🧗🏾♂️🧗🏾♂️ x 🦁🦁🦁 pic.twitter.com/b7h0fowVPp
