Jay Rock just released his Redemption album last month, and he’s continuing to paint a visual story alongside the music.
Today, the TDE rapper is back with a video for one of the hardest tracks on the project, “ES Tales.” It’s directed by Dave Free and Jack Begert, and finds Rock stepping out the crib into a real-life 8-bit video game. He drives around the hood from day until night, witnessing kids boxing, a girl twerking, a drug deal going down and more.
“ES Tales” follows videos for “OSOM” with J. Cole, “The Bloodiest,” “Win” and “King’s Dead.”
