HOV heads to the chambers for his new releases this weekend
It takes a lot for JAY Z to drop a solo releases these days, as he’s been on “I Got The Keys,” “All The Way Up,” and “Drug Dealers Anonymous.” However, with certain sections of the country protesting after the recent deaths of both Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, many notable people are joining the cause in speaking up about on latest injustices – including Beyoncé and Drake.
Above, he shares the new free TIDAL song “Spiritual,” which he peacefully protests about recent police brutality that’s became the number one talked about issue this week. In a statement from the track, he revealed Top Dawg originally wanting him to release the song after the death of Mike Brown but opted to wait. He would later address the many more passings, during a live freestyle at his B-Sides concert last year, but has finally properly recorded a studio cut to get a message out.
