JAY Z’s Album Catalog Removed from Spotify & Apple Music

Streaming fans will be disappointed to know that you can no longer find any of JAY Z‘s albums on either streaming service (for now). This is not a new phenomenom from Shawn Carter, who removed a few of his older albums in favor of TIDAL. Now, the rest of them have disappeared from two of the biggest streaming platforms, leaving fans without many classics.

Spotify responded to the news by saying they were removed “at the request of the artist.”

You can find random collaborations still up there, like the overhyped Best of Both Worlds album with R. Kelly, Collision Course with Linkin Park and a handful of remixes.

How much will you miss Jigga’s albums on there, though? If you’re really desperate to listen, you can go to TIDAL or Amazon Music Unlimited and/or buy them all on iTunes.
