Jonah Hill has been on a press run in support of his Mid90s movie, clamoring about the music in the film and his love for old boom-bap hip hop.
So, Genius put him to the test to see if he was faking the funk.
They asked him questions about Wu-Tang Clan, Fugees, Mobb Deep, Nas, JAY Z, Xzibit, Outkast and others, and Jonah got most of them right. On some, he guessed too fast and got it wrong, but ended up correcting himself right after.
Respect to him for being such a hip hop head, though.
