The BX Drill rapper is arrested
Kay Flock arrested murder, as cops say the 18-year-oold allegedly killed a man last week outside a barbershop in Manhattan. Thursday evening, Kevin ‘Kay Flock’ Perez was busted for the alleged slaying of 24-year-old Oscar Hernandez. The incident, which took place on December 16th, saw Mr. Hernandez being shot and killed outside of a Harlem barbershop, according to cops.
NYPD described the situation saying, “Hernandez was sitting in a barber shop on Amsterdam Ave. at W. 151st St. shortly before 10 a.m., waiting to get a haircut. Perez walked by, opened the shop door, and asked Hernandez what he was looking at. Hernandez then stepped outside to confront him, police said. The two argued, and Perez started to walk away. But the teen pulled a gun and shot Hernandez in the neck and back.”
According to their theory, the shooting was gang-related, as Mr. Hernandez was allegedly a member of the Bronx-based Thirdside Gang. Kay Flock is currently waited arraignment Thursday in Manhattan Criminal Court.
