This month alone, Kaytranada has won the 2016 Poloris Music Prize, had beats on Mick Jenkins’ album, released his 0.001% mixtape and been in the studio with Andre 3000. It doesn’t get much better than that, does it? Well, apparently it does, because he’s just released a new video for “You’re the One.” The track features Syd from The Internet and is taken from his debut album 99.9%, which now has a visual influenced by the look of black sitcoms from the early 90s, directed by Shomi Patwary.
When it comes to Kaytranada, it just has to be groovy.
