There hasn’t been an artist that put on for Louisville since the late Static Major, but Bryson Tiller has put his hometown back on the map over the last year. The next artist to come up and looking to make a name for himself from the River City is King Vory. The 18-year-old Louisville name has collaborated with Tiller in the past and even had writing credits and vocals on the breakout smash hit “Don’t.”
Vory is currently prepping his own project with the upcoming release of Overdose, which the title-track has been receiving heavy airplay on OVO Sound Radio. He makes his OnSMASH debut today with his new single “Again” and he’s enlisted the talents of rising Compton rapper AD too assist him on the Nick E Beats produced jam.
Look out for King Vory’s Overdose mixtape, hosted by Adrian Swish and DJ Radio, to release on July 1st.
