With Lil Wayne transitioning from Ca$h Money last year, the New Orleans rapper’s library of unreleased tracks has been breached. This weekend, a collection of tracks has emerged online entitled Tha Carter Chronicles. With the roman numeral five scratched out, many are speculating that these are some of the tracks that didn’t have samples cleared for the project.
