Meet your new favorite artist: Lou Phelps. Today, the Montreal rapper has dropped his debut project 001: Experiments, which is available via HW&W Recordings. The release is a tidy eight tracks, with his brother Kaytranada handling all of the production except for the first song. Phelps and Kaytra previously dropped a mixtape titled Supreme Laziness as The Celestics in 2014, but this is dubbed as Phelps’ first solo outing.
