Montreal rapper Lou Phelps is back with his new single called “Want To (For the Youth),” along with a video to go with it. It’s directed by Pique, and shows Phelps spitting in a laundromat and outside in the snow.
“‘Want To’ is a song for the youth, to encourage them to do what they want to,” Phelps told Complex. “I rap about materialistic stuff in the song, so in the video I become invisible at certain times, leaving the material things floating in air like the gold chain or the purple jackets.”
His brother Kaytranada is behind the frantic production.
