We have seen Houston rapper Maxo Kream on the feature side of things more than we have seen solo releases this year. His solo releases are only out weighed two to one, but we’re used to seeing more from Kream. Revisiting his “Grannies” track that dropped back in January, Maxo debuts the official music video for the track today, directed by Nasser Boulaich. It might be his only song so far in 2017, but the MexikoDro produced banger has already garnered up one million streams on Soundcloud and counting.
The new visual takes to the streets of his hometown native and puts his old stomping grounds on display while giving viewers a look at the streets in which he grew up and raised him. The video features family and friends posted up outside Grannies house and Maxo performs the cut while strolling down the street.
