A fair amount of time has passed since we first heard signs of Mel Wellman’s talent, but today finally sees the release of his much-anticipated new mixtape. Courageously titled Substance Abuse, the Philadelphia artists reveals his 14-track body of work in its entirety, leaving just one space left for a guest feature from Mandi Green. The majority of tracks on the project were entirely produced by Wellman, containing a number of songs that were used as appetizers during the months leading up to the release.
