A new Prince double-single titled “Our Destiny / Roadhouse Garden” has just been released, which is taken from the forthcoming reissue of Purple Rain. “Our Destiny” has vocals from Lisa Coleman, while “Roadhouse Garden” has Coleman and Dr. Fink backing as backing singers. Both songs were recorded on Prince’s 26th birthday at First Avenue, Minneapolis in 1984.
The Purple Rain reissue, out June 23rd, includes two discs with 11 previously unreleased tracks.
