The Reason Why Casanova was Denied $2.5 Million Bail by the Federal Government

REALTED: Why Casanova’s FEDs Miami Strip Club Shooting Implication is a Huge Warning to Every Rapper

Thursday morning, Manhattan Federal Magistrate Judge Paul Davison denied Caswell ‘Casanova’ Senior’s bid for bail at $2.5 million. More than a dozen of the Brooklyn rapper’s family members and close associates put up property and cash for his release. However, Judge Davidson didn’t believe that was enough for him to be released rom jail.

He went to say, “The fact that violence seems to be perpetuated by associates of Mr. Senior. It’s plausible to interpret that as evidence. Mr. Senior doesn’t have to get his hands dirty.” We weren’t surprised by the decision, as we mentioned last week, that he would get denied.

Assistant U.S. Attorney David Felton said, “Casanova is a full-fledged, committed leader of the gang. Rampant evidence of guns, drugs and violence centrally involving this defendant.” Due to his background and criminal history, the U.S. Attorney used that as leverage to keep him locked up with hopes of getting intel.

While that’s out the question for him to cooperate, the FEDs believe they can squeeze him into giving information. From their perspective, him getting released could have some under the assumption that he helped the government on a case.

This is the same situation 6ix9ine was under, who didn’t get bail after his first hearing. That happened after the Tekashi cooperated with the FEDs, which we don’t expect Cas to do. Pending what happens, he faces a minimum of 15 years in prison on charges of toting firearms and dealing drugs in connection with the gang.

If Casanova were to get released, then killed, this case would backfire on the FEDs; which is why they don’t want him released from their watch, even if he’s not cooperating.

interview that really got him in trouble. . .
