This week, Remy Ma confirmed she was on the verge of gearing up to start her album roll-out, inking an official deal with Columbia Records. We’re assuming the effort is coming sooner than many think after the announcement, as she’s already shot a music video for a warm-up street single with Lil Kim. According to TMZ, the Terror Squad member and Ms. Blanco’s track is entitled “Wake Me Up,” which will take numerous shots at Nicki Minaj throughout its duration.
In early 2017, Remy and Nicki were at the height of one of this year’s biggest rap beefs as they exchanged well-known diss tracks “ShETHER” and “No Frauds.” Given her recent affiliation with JAY-Z’s Roc Nation Records, look for this promotional run to begin within the next week.
