We’ve always known Rob Markman on the media side of things. Interviewing your favorite rapper. Kicking it with the up and comers before they blow up. Pushing the culture forward on the journalistic side of things. It’s been a transition for him to the rap side, but he’s poised to prove that he can spit with the best of them. That’s exactly what he’s doing on “Writer,” one of the records off his Write To Dream EP. Not only is he inspiring folks to follow their heart and achieve their goals, but he’s dropping the punchlines in the verses.
In the video, he’s mobbing through the streets talking to the people through the song, but a few folks from the industry check in with him to give their opinion on his new career endeavor. N.O.R.E., DJ Drama and Royce Da 5’9″ are all skeptical, but Rob is out to prove them wrong.
