We cannot get enough of Top Dawg Ent lately. First Kendrick Lamar blessed us with a new album, then SZA made her much awaited return with a new single. And now SiR is back with a new set of visuals. The TDE singer makes is back today to debut the official video for “The Canvas,” a track taken from his ‘HER TOO‘ EP.
Directed by Daniel Russell, the music video for “The Canvas” starts with SiR floating in a pool before we’re introduced to the female leading role. Where we soon find out there’s much more to why he’s submerged under water. Clad in a revealing bikini, she makes her way to the house after sun bathing by the pool to get dressed with her gun in hand. After she returns to the pool area and discovers there’s no longer a body, she tracks SiR down and finishes the job. And pulls off in her car as if nothing happened.
