Yes, that is correct. That is indeed Tahiry, former girlfriend of Slaughterhouse member Joe Budden. To coincide with her VH1 Love & Hip-Hop NY reality TV fame, she is looking to capitalize on it and move into an artist role as well, putting her stamp on music.
