Being someone who deals with music on the everyday basis, from posting singles to full out albums, your ears are exposed to more music from different genres almost each and everyday. Much like last year, I took in the sounds of artist that I wouldn’t necessarily give the chance to, thanks to the range of artist and genres that myself and the rest of my OnSMASH comrades listen to, I was able to experience the sounds of music on a whole other level. While my list probably doesn’t show much of that as being fact, I decided to stick with what I know and enjoy listing to with the help of projects by Common, Freddie Gibbs, Travi$ Scott, Big K.R.I.T., P. Reign, and and Vince Staples. Mixing with those were some R&B sounds by Mary J. Bilge, Jhene Aiko, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Tinashe.
