Who knows how this remix came about. Truthfully, who cares, because we know for damn sure Wale keeps his ear in tuned with the hot R&B tracks that are out and Tamia‘s new one qualifies for that. We told you that when “Leave It Smoking” dropped and from Tamia’s album roll out, this has been our favorite. It’s certainly gotten burn in our R&B playlist the past few months. As you’d expect, Folarin hits the zone with the record, adding that DMV flavor to the beginning with his verse and at the end with background adlibs. This man may possibly be the undisputed R&B remix champion of the new generation.
