Tee Grizzley Talks Pressure of Debut Album, Industry Love & Advice He’s Received

If you’ve been a fan of Tee Grizzley, you are familiar with his come up. From being in jail in Kentucky to blowing up with “First Day Out,” the Detroit native is on a hell of a run.

He stopped and talked to Nessa at Hot 97 about what happened in his past and what’s going on in his life now. From the LeBron James Instagram posts to JAY-Z shouting him out on Twitter, it’s obvious that his life has changed since he put out the single.

He’s also getting love from a lot of industry people and he says he’s working with Fabolous, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Cardi B, and Don Q so far as he puts together the debut album. His dream collaborations are Drake, Quavo, Nicki Minaj and Hov, but he only wants to work with them if they hit his line and hit him right back. He doesn’t want to hassle them for a feature.

Before he dipped out, he also spoke on Eminem possibly reaching out because of that Detroit love, advice he got from Kevin Lyles and paying people back that he robbed before.
