If you know anything about Terrace Martin, it’s the fact that he’s always innovating and pushing the music forward. Whether it’s through his saxophone playing on features or bringing those jazzy melodies to his own work. His latest work with The Pollyseeds is a little bit of both, but the product is nothing short of being relaxing. Every song we’ve heard so far has that chill vibe and “Mama D / Leimert Park” is no different. And if those drums sound familiar to you, it’s because they’re very reminiscent of some old school ’80s shit. We’re trying to think of the actual song, but can’t come up with it off top.
